Submit a Support Ticket

Create a Support Ticket by going to and clicking "Create a New Case". Submitting a support ticket through our ticketing portal is the best way to explain your issue to a technician. When submitting a support ticket, be sure to provide as much detail about your case as possible to assist us in helping you. Including your username and company sitecode generates your ticket directly within your scheduling platform (see our support guide for details). You can easily update and monitor your case by logging into your Web Portal account - you can also message your assigned support technician and include screenshots or images relevant to your case. If you would rather schedule a support call, see the "Schedule an Application Support Call" section below. Our goal is always to resolve your issue as quickly as possible!

Visit this link and select Option 1 if you would like to schedule a dedicated 30-minute, one-on-one support session with a VCS technician. Enter your contact information and a detailed description of the issue or issues you are experiencing and you will be called at the date and time of your choosing.

Our hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am EST to 5:30 pm EST. If for any reason you are unable to submit a support ticket or schedule a call online, you can call the VCS Support Line and speak to a Client Care Coordinator that will create and submit a support ticket for you. Please note that the purpose of the Support Line is to assist you in creating a ticket; our support technicians are dedicated to solving your case. As long as it is in our queue, you are in line to receive the undivided attention of a technician.

Emergencies can occur at any time of day. If you are unable to contact VCS during office hours, our emergency after-hours team will ensure that you have the assistance you need for all of your emergency cases. Speak to a support technician to resolve emergency situations that may arise during off hours. There is no next day delay, we're here when you need us!

Schedule a Implementation Help Out Session
Implementation Help Out sessions are designed for customers who need a one-on-one, 30-minute session to resolve a more in-depth configuration or training issue. We allow you to schedule a session for a specific date and time. If you have a quick questions, you can always submit a standard support case instead. Not sure if you need a Implementation Help Out?
